DESERT OAK is an authentically restored, architecturally designed, adobe home. From the moment you walk through the custom latilla gate into a private courtyard, you are surrounded by the comfort of a unique home designed in an elegant, southwestern style. Custom details include hand-hewn timber beams, imported Mexican tile, and a traditional fireplace. French doors and skylights allow an abundance of sunlight and air to flow throughout the interior. The home offers many amenities including a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining room, living room with a fireplace, cable TV, VCR, phone, and answering machine, stereo with CD and cassette players, a separate utility room with a washer and dryer. A flexible plan allows The Main House [three bedrooms, two full baths; one with a Jacuzzi, and can sleep up to 8 people] or The Suite [sleeps up to 4], to be rented individually. They may also be combined to create a five bedroom, three full bath, two kitchen home that will comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.
